You may cancel your application free of charge until the day before the usage start date. If you wish to cancel the application, please cancel by clicking the URL provided in the payment completion email. Your payment will be refunded according to your payment method.
If your application date and Usage start date are the same, your application will be automatically cancelled the next day if payment is not completed on the application date.

Your eSIM will be available from the usage start date you register. You can confirm the usage start date from the application completion email.

If you are unable to use the eSIM after setting it up, the EID number you registered may be incorrect. Please check your application details and if the EID number is incorrect, please resubmit your application with the correct EID number.

Normally, the maximum data transmission speed is 5 Mbps for both uplink and downlink, but If your data usage is too high, the transmission speed thereafter will be limited to 128 kbps.
Since charges will be made by LinksMate, "LinksMate" will appear on your payment statement.
